Salary

It's not just the money!
Salaries at Marathon Systems are certainly very competitive and you can expect to be rewarded highly if your performance is good. Later evaluations of your compensation and career will be dependent on regular appraisals. In addition, you will be able to participate in formal learning events to help develop your technical, leadership or other business-related skills and, more importantly for us, you will receive constant on-the-job coaching and training from your manager

Working Hours

It is performance that counts! If you are looking for a nine to five job, don’t apply.

At Marathon Systems, we are looking for your contribution, performance and results. This is not measurable in working hours. In fact, we apply a flexible working policy. Some individuals start at 6:00 in morning and leave around 3:00. Others start as late as 9:00 and work until after 6:00. It is really dependant on the project and what’s acceptable with the customer, as long as tasks are finalized and results are realized.
